Procurement Management Solutions Limited has been established to assist small businesses, on various budgets to achieve their businesses very best potential.  I have helped many companies utilise the systems they have and also devising and establishing processes and procedures that will suit their business, resulting in less waste, efficiencies and adding more value to the business.

The Journey....

I began my procurement journey in 2004, when I was appointed as a Buyer for a Facilities Management Solutions Company & the Postal Service.  I loved the role, and the interaction, and collaboration with stakeholders, customers, suppliers, engineers; I enjoyed providing solutions to problems, and ensuring essential services were continuing in an efficient manner.
I continued my journey in Procurement, with my last position held, as Purchasing Manager for the world leading manufacturer of sustainable laminates. Here, I analysed current business operations processes & procedures (manual, and system based), and found many wasteful activities.

Within 12 months, through streamlining throughout the Group (nationally), MRP was utilised within the system, useless/wasteful manual procedures were eliminated, and streamlined procedures were put in place.

After assisting several blue chip companies in managing their Procurement & Supply operations more efficiently, I have opened up entry into my expertise, in providing my 'value-adding' service to SME like yours.

I want to assist you, and your organisation in its operations, and spend, ensuring 'best-value' throughout. 


I have worked in various industries, and sectors, and have gained invaluable experience over the years, as well as relevant awards, including membership of CIPS – Management Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply, and Business & Management.
